And currently we are looking for a talented and motivated Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our affiliate program in iGaming vertical.

📌 Responsibilities:

• searching for and attracting new partners iGaming/Casino traffic in thematic public pages, forums, chats, exhibitions, etc (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB, etc);
• work with Tier1 markets;
• managing and developing existing partners;
• consultation with partners on setup, statistics and traffic analytics;
• monthly check-ups (commissions) and control incoming traffic, suppress fraud (with the help of company tools and an analytic team);
• traffic reporting;
• fulfilment of planned KPIs indicators by using company tools;
• participation in international exhibitions, presentation of our products on the exhibitions;

📌 What we are looking for:

• 1,5+ years of proven experience working with Tier 1 in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming/ gambling industry);
• experience working with brands, on the operator (advertiser) side;
• experience with Revshare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat fee, listing commission models;
• ability to work with analytics tools to measure traffic and conversions from campaigns;
• ability to work with Google Sheets;
• ability to work with СRM Systems;
• Will be a plus: own hot base of partners with whom you can start cooperation (Tier1).
• fluency in the English language (B2-C1);
• the Russian language (B2-C1);
• stress resistance, conflict resolution;
• multitasking, organization skills;
• ability to establish long-term relationships with partners.
