Product Manager

Responsibilities:
• competitive analysis and market research;
• analysis of internal users' needs, insight search and trend-watching;
• formation of functional and product requirements for product development: conceptual optimization of existing features + formation of requests for the introduction of new features;
• formation of roadmap releases of new features;
• preparation of the product for new markets;
• supervising the development process and tracking deadlines together with Project Manager;
• defining of the internal and external marketing strategy of the product: analysis of the current target audience, search and evaluation of new potential markets;
• search for new channels to attract customers;
• calculation of the cost of attracting a client;
• defining and control of the budget for attracting new customers;
• customer segmentation, development of sales funnels;
• assessment of the dynamics of key KPIs (CR, RR, LTV, ARPU) of new and previously attracted customers;
• search and evaluation of the most effective channels of communication with customers.
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in iGaming;
• advanced English (B2 and higher);
• sociability;
• ability to work in multitasking mode;
• experience with CRM systems;
• knowledge of HTML/CSS layout;
• experience with ESP.
Working conditions:
•work in an international IT product company with offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta;
